Dr. Werner Absenger is a scientist, educator, and veteran chef who bridges the gap between the high-pressure reality of professional kitchens and the clinical science of stress physiology.
With a PhD in Mind-Body Medicine, Dr. Absenger translates complex neuroscience into actionable tools for workplace wellness. He combines boots-on-the-ground hospitality experience with academic rigor to deliver strategies for stress management, resilience, and sustaining high performance in the hospitality sector.
